Advancing WP2 and WP3
On August 27th, 2024, the ‘UX@School’ project team, part of the Erasmus+ co-funded initiative (Project No: 2023-1-IT02-KA220-SCH-000156059), came together for a highly productive online meeting. With all project partners in attendance, we took significant strides forward in the management and development of Work Packages 2 (WP2) and 3 (WP3).
Key Highlights from the Meeting
1. Project Management Discussions: Our discussions on project management were thorough, covering key aspects such as project dissemination and quality assurance. We outlined the steps needed to ensure that our project not only meets its objectives but also reaches the right audiences effectively. The quality assurance segment was particularly crucial, as it focused on maintaining the high standards we’ve set for ourselves throughout the project’s lifespan.
2. Demonstration of the Online Tracking System: One of the meeting’s highlights was the demonstration of the Online Tracking System, a critical output for WP2. Developed by Budakov Films and supported by all project partners, this system is designed to enhance our ability to monitor and track project progress efficiently. The team reviewed its functionalities and discussed ways to optimize its use in the coming months.
3. Pilot Testing Strategy and Methodology: As part of our WP3 discussions, we delved into the Pilot Testing strategy and methodology. The focus was on capturing constructive feedback from pilot participants and analyzing it to refine our project results. We debated the best approaches to ensure that the feedback gathered is both comprehensive and actionable, paving the way for further improvements in our project outputs.
4. Preparations for TPM2 in Greece: Looking ahead, we also discussed the upcoming Transnational Project Meeting 2 (TPM2) scheduled to take place in Greece. The agenda for the meeting and logistical details were key points of discussion, ensuring that all partners are well-prepared for what promises to be another productive session.
