On April 4th, 2025, representatives from Budakov Films and INI-Novation GmbH gathered online for our second transnational project meeting as part of the Navigating AI Regulations: Practical Guide project (Project No: 2024-2-DE02-KA210-VET-000287096). This meeting marked a significant milestone as we transitioned from planning to execution in Activity 2, focusing on the development and production of training videos that will serve as key learning modules in our comprehensive training program.

Key Meeting Outcomes
During the meeting, we conducted a thorough recap of Activity 1, which laid the groundwork by identifying essential competencies and aligning them with EQF Level 3 standards. Building on these insights, our discussion focused on the meticulous methodology for Activity 2—the development and production of training videos. These videos are designed to translate complex AI regulatory and technical content into engaging, accessible learning modules that directly address the needs identified in Activity 1.

Budakov Films’ Role in Training Video Production
As the creative force behind the visual content, Budakov Films is spearheading the production of these training videos. We are leveraging our expertise in digital creativity and educational content production to ensure that each video effectively highlights the critical learning objectives of the training modules. Our approach includes:

Expert-Driven Content Creation: Collaborating closely with INI-Novation to develop content that is both technically accurate and contextually relevant for creative professionals.
Target Audience Involvement: Actively incorporating feedback from representatives of our target audience to ensure the content meets real-world needs.
Structured Workflow and Cross Review: Implementing a rigorous production process with defined deadlines and milestones, followed by an intensive cross review to guarantee quality and alignment with EQF Level 3 requirements.
Emphasizing Inclusivity and Impact
A significant emphasis during the meeting was placed on inclusivity. Our goal is to produce training videos that are accessible to all, particularly VET learners in Germany and Bulgaria. By adopting an inclusive approach, we ensure that the content is not only high quality but also reaches a diverse audience, empowering creative professionals to navigate AI regulations confidently and competently.

Looking Ahead
The outcomes of our second transnational meeting have set a solid foundation for the successful execution of Activity 2. With a clear strategy in place and a commitment to excellence, Budakov Films is excited to continue our journey toward developing a comprehensive training program. This initiative will not only enhance digital creativity but also equip professionals with the knowledge needed to thrive in an evolving regulatory landscape.

Stay tuned for further updates as we transform these detailed plans into dynamic training modules that will shape the future of AI-driven creativity across Europe.
