The Erasmus+ co-funded project FutureForward (Project n. 2024-1-IT02-KA220-ADU-000253630) is now entering its second year of implementation — a crucial phase dedicated to the creation of key project results and interactive learning experiences. The consortium partners recently held an online coordination meeting to align activities, review progress, and plan upcoming tasks.

About the Meeting

Among the topics discussed were Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Dissemination, as well as the focus on Activity A3.5 “Use Case Animations” from Work Package 3 (WP3), led by Budakov Films.

As the lead partner for this activity, Budakov Films is responsible for producing a series of AI-driven interactive use case animations that address specific challenges identified through focus groups held across all participating countries. These animations will demonstrate practical examples of how artificial intelligence can support adults in areas such as translation, travel planning, scam detection, communication, creativity, and productivity.

Each short video will feature an AI avatar moderator who guides learners through real-life scenarios, helping them understand how AI technologies can be used safely, effectively, and ethically. The videos will form an integral part of the FutureForward MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), designed to support adult educators and learners in developing digital literacy and responsible AI skills.

During the meeting, the partners also reviewed internal task allocations, discussed the timeline for the production of the video scripts and final videos, and coordinated on documentation in preparation for the upcoming Interim Report submission.

The next steps include finalizing the video scripts, producing the AI-based animations using generative tools such as HeyGen, and preparing multilingual subtitles for accessibility. Once completed, the videos will be made publicly available through the project’s YouTube channel and website.

The FutureForward project continues to build on the strong collaboration among its European partners, all committed to promoting inclusive, ethical, and creative use of artificial intelligence in adult education. Budakov Films is proud to contribute its expertise in digital media and educational production to ensure engaging, high-quality visual outputs for the project’s next phase.
