On 26 September 2026, the partners of the CREATIVEinGREEN project gathered in Milan, Italy, for the fourth Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by European Digital Learning Network (DLEARN). The meeting represented an important milestone in the final phase of the project, bringing the consortium together to review implementation progress, assess results, coordinate the remaining activities and agree on the next steps towards successful project completion.
BF Digital Innovation Studio actively participated in the meeting and contributed to the joint discussions, evaluation of project progress and coordination of the final implementation and dissemination activities.
Reviewing the Learning Tool and Piloting Results
A central part of the meeting focused on WP3 – Learning Tool and Piloting. The consortium reviewed the piloting evaluation and discussed the results generated through the implementation and testing of the project’s learning components. agenda.
This stage was particularly important for assessing how the developed resources respond to the objectives of CREATIVEinGREEN and to the needs of its target groups. The discussion also allowed partners to consolidate the evidence collected during implementation and ensure that the project’s educational outputs are appropriately reflected in the final reporting phase.
The meeting confirmed the successful implementation of the planned activities and the achievement of the relevant project KPIs.
Preparing for Successful Project Closure
The consortium also dedicated substantial attention to WP1 – Project Management, with discussions focused on the preparation of the Final Report and the Quality Assurance Final Report.
This provided an opportunity for all partners to review the work completed so far, verify the available evidence and align their contributions to the project’s final documentation. For BF Digital Innovation Studio, this phase is especially important in ensuring that the results achieved throughout the project are clearly documented and that the impact generated through the different activities is effectively demonstrated.
Dissemination, Exploitation and Long-Term Impact
The afternoon session focused on WP4 – Dissemination and Exploitation, including the national final conferences organised by the partners, the project’s online presence and publications, and the preparation of the Exploitation Plan, including intellectual property considerations.
BF Digital Innovation Studio contributed actively to the dissemination and national-level implementation of CREATIVEinGREEN, supporting the visibility and transfer of the project results to relevant educational, creative and professional communities. The discussions in Milan confirmed that dissemination activities had progressed successfully and that the consortium was well positioned to ensure the continued accessibility, visibility and practical use of the project outcomes beyond the formal project period.
A Productive Meeting with All Objectives Achieved
The Transnational Project Meeting concluded with a review of the next steps, an agreed action list and a meeting evaluation. All planned objectives of the meeting were successfully accomplished, and the consortium confirmed that the relevant project KPIs had been met. The meeting demonstrated the strong level of cooperation between the partners and provided a clear framework for completing the remaining project activities.
