Budakov Films was proud to take part in the recent Transnational Project Meeting of the Erasmus+ co-funded project CREATIVEinGREEN (Project No: 2024-1-PT01-KA220-HED-000247462), held in the vibrant city of Porto, Portugal, on May 13th and 14th. Hosted by the dedicated team at Maiêutica, the meeting brought together partners from across Europe to assess the project’s progress, coordinate future actions, and reinforce the shared mission of promoting sustainability and digital transformation within the audiovisual and media (AVM) sector.

As a core project partner, Budakov Films made a significant contribution to the agenda, particularly in the areas of curriculum development and digital learning innovation. During the meeting, we presented our comprehensive concept under Work Package 2 – A2.5: Empowering Creative Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age. Our contribution focused on fostering the entrepreneurial potential of creative professionals by integrating digital tools, storytelling methods, and sustainable practices into accessible and engaging learning content.

In parallel, Budakov Films is leading the implementation of Work Package 3 – A3.1: Moodle-Based Platform Preparation. We introduced the proposed structure and visual concept of the future Moodle-based e-learning platform, designed to host the educational materials being developed across all work packages. The platform will not only reflect the project’s core values—creativity, accessibility, and sustainability—but also ensure an engaging and intuitive user experience, accommodating learners of various backgrounds and digital skill levels.

Our approach to developing the platform follows a staged methodology:

  1. Conceptual Design and UX Mapping – creating a user-centered framework that supports seamless navigation and interaction.
  2. Template Development – building adaptable templates for the training modules, including those tailored to XR content and multimedia-based learning.
  3. Technical Integration – setting up a robust Moodle infrastructure to support multilingual access, gamification, progress tracking, and collaborative learning tools.
  4. Pilot Testing and Refinement – working with users and project partners to test the platform, gather feedback, and optimise usability and functionality.

Budakov Films remains committed to delivering an inclusive and future-proof digital learning space that will serve the AVM sector in transitioning toward green and digital innovation. Our team continues to collaborate closely with all project partners to align the platform with the pedagogical and strategic objectives of CREATIVEinGREEN.

Stay tuned as we bring this vision to life – and help shape the future of sustainable creative education across Europe.
