The Co.De Erasmus+ project (Project number: 2023-1-ES01-KA220-SCH-000154536) continues to make significant strides in its mission to tackle early school leaving by fostering innovative co-design learning pathways.
The latest online project meeting was a pivotal moment, bringing together partners to review progress, refine strategies, and align the next steps for the project’s successful implementation.

Key Highlights of the Kick-Off Meeting
The meeting provided an essential opportunity for partners to assess the status of the project’s key outputs, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow.
1. Cross-Review of Learning Snacks
One of the central elements of the Co.De project is the Learning Snacks—micro-learning resources designed to support educators and students in adopting co-design methodologies. Partners engaged in a detailed cross-review of these materials to ensure quality, clarity, and relevance. The revision process will fine-tune the content before its implementation in the pilot training phase.
2. Preparation for the Pilot Training Test
A critical milestone in the project is the pilot training phase, where Learning Snacks will be tested in English. The meeting addressed key aspects of this process:
- A guide for the piloting has been developing to support the implementation of the pilot training test.
- The guide will be finalized and shared by mid-February, allowing partners to provide structured feedback before the next meeting.
- March-April will mark the launch of the pilot, with 30 participants per partner engaging in the testing phase.
- A final decision on the number of Learning Snacks to be used will be made once the guide is delivered.
- An e-questionnaire has been developed and made available on the project website to collect valuable insights from participants.
3. Advancing WP3: Moodle Personalization and Learning Material Design
The meeting also focused on Work Package 3 (WP3), which revolves around the Moodle platform, a crucial component for the delivery of learning resources. Discussions covered:
- The current status of Moodle and its personalization to ensure it meets the needs of educators and students.
- Evaluation of existing resources to ensure alignment with the project’s objectives.
- Starting the design of new learning materials, leveraging innovative approaches to make learning engaging and effective.
