Budakov Films recently conducted a successful pilot session with 30 secondary school teachers in Bulgaria, introducing two specially designed Learning Snacks. These interactive learning resources are part of the Co.De project, which aims to enhance teaching practices by integrating innovative methods and improving communication in educational environments.

The Learning Snacks in Focus
During the pilot, Budakov Films demonstrated two Learning Snacks designed to address key educational challenges:

  1. “Innovate with Design Thinking: Solving Challenges in Education”
This Learning Snack introduces teachers to the principles of design thinking, providing practical tools to encourage creative problem-solving in the classroom. It emphasizes collaborative techniques that empower students to think critically, explore ideas, and develop innovative solutions.
  2. “Principles of Effective Communication in a Co-Design Learning Environment”
This Learning Snack focuses on strengthening communication skills in co-design learning spaces. It equips teachers with strategies to foster effective dialogue, enhance teamwork, and improve student engagement in collaborative projects.

Engagement and Discussions
The pilot testing session was divided into two groups of secondary school teachers. Each group actively participated in the demonstration of the Learning Snacks, leading to a lively and insightful discussion. Teachers exchanged ideas on how the materials could be adapted to their classrooms, sharing strategies for improving student collaboration and engagement.

Collecting Feedback for Improvement
Following the session, teachers completed a detailed survey to provide feedback on the content, format, and usability of the Learning Snacks. Their insights will play a vital role in refining the resources to better meet the needs of educators and students alike.

Ensuring Quality with the Co.De Pilot Training Test Guide
The entire testing process followed the Co.De Learning Snacks Pilot Training Test Guide, ensuring a structured and effective approach to evaluating the materials. This guide ensured that the pilot remained aligned with the project’s objectives and captured valuable insights from participants.

Conclusion
The pilot session in Bulgaria marks an important step in the development of the Co.De Learning Snacks. By involving teachers directly in the evaluation process, Budakov Films is helping to create practical, impactful resources that support innovative teaching methods and improve communication in educational environments.

Budakov Films extends its gratitude to the dedicated teachers who participated in the pilot and contributed valuable feedback. Their insights will help shape future educational tools that empower both educators and students.
