Project Management and Quality Assurance
Effective project management and maintaining high-quality standards are at the core of our efforts. During the meeting, we reviewed our project timeline, ensuring all activities are on track and aligned with our goals. Quality management was also a focal point, with discussions centered on how to uphold the highest standards in every aspect of the project.

Work Package 2: Completion of the Handbook
A major milestone in our journey is the completion of the Handbook, a comprehensive guide designed to support teachers in integrating UX principles into their teaching practices. This Handbook will serve as a valuable resource, providing practical insights and strategies to enhance the educational experience for both teachers and students.

We also discussed the workflow and outlined the planned activities along with their respective deadlines to ensure timely completion.
