Exciting news is brewing at Budakov Films as we embark on a transformative journey with the Erasmus+ co-funded project ‘UX@School’ (Pr. No: 2023-1-IT02-KA220-SCH-000156059). This innovative initiative is designed to empower educators and trainers, placing them at the forefront of student-centered digital learning environments. Our mission is clear – to leverage UX Design principles and elevate engagement and effectiveness in distance learning within schools.
Kick-off Meeting in Fano, Italy: In the enchanting setting of Fano, Italy, our team, led by Prof. Dr. Petyo Budakov and Mr. Boris Baev, recently attended the Kick-off meeting hosted by Istituto Istruzione Superiore and organized by Learnable on December 18th and 19th. At this pivotal event, we shared our vision, contributed to project planning, and laid the groundwork for future collaborations. The picturesque locale provided the perfect backdrop for fostering innovative ideas and forging meaningful partnerships.
Project Objectives: The UX@School project is poised to revolutionize teaching methodologies by strengthening the role of teachers and trainers in crafting student-centered digital environments, activities, and materials. The overarching goal is to harness the potential of UX Design to significantly enhance engagement and effectiveness in distance learning at educational institutions.
Upcoming Activities: As part of the UX@School project, we are gearing up for a series of impactful activities:
- UX@School Handbook Production (E-book): A comprehensive guide to integrating UX Design principles in educational practices.
- UX@School Online Tracking Production: An innovative tool to monitor and enhance the digital learning experience.
- MOOC Delivery to 50 Teachers: A Massive Open Online Course designed for 50 teachers, including the application of the Handbook and Online Tracking. This will be complemented by an “Ambassador training course,” the launch of a UX challenge, and the designation of 12 UX design Ambassadors.
